Dyson V12 Pipe Broken 2 Months Before, No Solutions


I trusted Dyson because of its warranty processes. I've always bought their products and still do. In the 8th month of owning my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner, the pipe stretched and became impossible to vacuum with. Customer Services assured me the pipe would be replaced promptly, but it wasn't in stock and they promised to send it as soon as it was available. Now, two months later on January 17, 2024, there's been no improvement. My Dyson vacuum was my only one, and I've used it countless times at home with my 2-year-old daughter. My back is hurting from using it as a hand vacuum cleaner. I requested a replacement, and they said products not fixable with spare parts are replaced. But it's been two months, and the issue persists. What kind of stock issue is this? They're doing nothing to address my concerns. I have no idea how much longer I'll have to wait. I'll take this matter to all relevant authorities, including those in the USA. My disappointment is immense!
