I am seeking a solution from Dyson to use the Dyson Airwrap I purchased in Australia in Turkey. However, they have developed a sales policy rather than a solution policy for this issue. They offer a new purchase with a 25% discount for products bought abroad. Is their business development team aware that being an international brand, brand reliability, and standing behind the product is not like this? I am requesting a solution proposal. Let me summarize the situation from a technical perspective. Australia uses 220V while Turkey uses 240V, which means I need a voltage converter to use the device safely, but such a converter is not available. Suppose I don't care about the device's health and only want it to work; in this case, the product should still operate, albeit with lower performance, within this watt range. At this point, I expect Dyson to provide a solution to my problem, and I cannot accept such a brand turning this into a sales strategy. I hope my issue will be resolved.
