Dyson Airwrap Brush Attachment Keeps Falling Off Since First Week of Use

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap (HS05, Serial No: T4M-EU-SCB1757A) from the Dyson Akasya store, and since the very first week, the blow-dry brush attachment has constantly been falling off during use. Interestingly, I also own another Airwrap purchased from the Dyson Vadi İstanbul store on April 26, 2024, and that device has never had this issue. The problem is specific only to the blow-dry brush attachment of the Akasya purchase — all other attachments work perfectly fine.

When I contacted Dyson customer service in November 2024, I was told that the issue might be due to user error, implying that I didn’t know how to operate the device properly. However, I clearly submitted my complaint before the warranty expires in May 2025, and it’s obvious that this problem is not caused by misuse.

I request that a new blow-dry brush attachment be sent to me to resolve this issue under warranty and ensure that I can continue using the product properly.
