I recently purchased the Dyson Airstrait and was shocked to receive it without its original box. I paid a serious amount for this product (₺), and yet it arrived in a way that makes it look like a used item. I’ve seen that most other customers received their devices properly packaged, so why was mine the exception?
I bought it from a physical store, and they gave me no information about the missing box. Using or storing the device safely without the original packaging is inconvenient, and honestly, it takes away from the premium experience I expected from a Dyson product.
Is there any way to obtain the original box or packaging materials? I’d like Dyson to take this seriously and offer a solution. This should not be the standard for such an expensive, high-end tool.
