I am using Dyson Air Purifier Autoreact. Sensors are broken. I searched the internet and applied steps such as reset, filter change etc. Still not working. It does not detect air temperature and humidity. In auto mode, it does not clean the smells of perfume etc. in the air. I reached the Dyson support center. They wanted me to pack and ship a sensitive device over 1 meter long or take it to Ataşehir. To pack such a device, you have to go and buy materials and work hard if you are not a professional, or you have to embrace the 1 meter device and go to the service! Very bad experience. I also use Airwrap and V15. I hope nothing happens to them and I never have to deal with the service again! The service should come and get this device or look at it on the spot. And the person in the support center says it would be very difficult to provide such a service throughout Turkey :) You sell products in the top segment in their own market, we pay the highest price and buy these products for a smooth experience and it is very difficult to establish an operation network. It's really funny, I used to recommend it to everyone around me a lot, but I will never recommend it again.
