Hello, I bought my Dyson V15 Detect device from Antalya Terracity Media Markt on October 19, 2023. I was using it very well and happily; however, about a year after I bought it, the product started giving some errors. There were minor problems with the suction power. Then after charging it seemed to be okay but this problem started happening much more frequently (I used it regularly as shown in the Dyson app and as directed by customer service). When the problem became frequent, I called Dyson customer service. They gave some directions; they tried steps such as cleaning by video call or solving the problem, but there was no solution and my complaints increased. After a while, I called again, they gave me directions again, I followed them again, but after the filter cleaning, the device works, but after a maximum of 3 uses, it gives the same error again. Even though I explained this to Dyson many times, they only gave me directions. It is surprising that such a big brand acts this way. No matter how many times I call and explain in a nice way, they never understand, we keep going in the same cycle. Every time I call, they say clean the filter, if it continues we will help, and they always make it difficult. Would I recommend it to anyone? Never. I think the problem is not with the device, but with the indifference of the employees. Also, there is a purple band under the laser head of my part. When I first bought it, the band was already slightly lifted from the bottom, I didn't pay attention, I thought it was a new device, after all, it was a Dyson. Now, that soft purple band under it has completely come off. I also show it on a video call, but they never pay attention. No satisfactory solution is being offered. I am waiting for your immediate feedback on the subject and I truly want to reach an agreement with a solution that is focused on results.
