I purchased a Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner from Dyson Turkey one month ago, and the tube section has been getting stuck at the point where it connects to the dust bin. Whenever I try to remove it, it requires excessive force. This issue has been happening since the very first day I bought the product, and attaching or removing the tube has become nearly impossible.
I am using the product in Isparta Merkez, and I have not yet contacted Dyson regarding this issue. Experiencing such a problem within the first month of owning a brand-new device has been very disappointing.
For this reason, I request that my Dyson V10 be replaced with a new unit, as I believe this tube-to-bin connection issue is a manufacturing defect.
