Duracell Powerbank No Longer Works, Getir Cannot Send Invoice


My Duracell Powerbank I bought from Getir started to stop lighting up and charging, and therefore no longer works. When I requested an invoice from Getir for the warranty of the product, they said that they could not access past orders and that they could view past orders up to a certain period because they offered the service of looking at past orders later. I was very happy with the Duracell Powerbank and felt the Duracell quality in this product, so I am very upset now. Can the support unit please provide feedback on the subject?
