My Baseus Powerbank Battery Swelled and I Can’t Reach Support
The battery on my Baseus powerbank has visibly swelled, posing a serious safety concern. I purchased this product expecting reliable performance and proper after-sales support—but that has not been the case. I first contacted Hakman, which used to be the official service provider for Baseus in Turkey. They informed me they no longer handle Baseus products.
After that, I tried reaching out directly to Baseus Turkey, but despite multiple attempts, I have received absolutely no response. My powerbank is still under warranty, and yet I cannot find any authorized party to assist me with this issue. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for a brand of this scale.
Baseus, I demand that you respond promptly, honor the warranty, and provide a solution—either a replacement or a proper repair. If I continue to be ignored, I will escalate this matter to all relevant consumer protection channels. A swollen battery is a safety risk, and this situation must be resolved immediately.
