I bought a Dremel from Bauhaus about 1.5 years ago, and it broke down after using it only four times. I tried finding an authorized service center, but there was nothing available. Eventually, I managed to contact the importer’s unit, and they responded with a generic “We’ll get back to you.” That was the last I heard from them—no calls, no emails, no resolution.
For a product at this price, I expected at least basic durability and customer support, but I got neither. This tool isn’t even worth ₺5 if it fails this quickly. Bauhaus and Dremel need to take responsibility and stand behind their products. Don’t waste your money like I did!
