On January 17, 2024, I purchased a Bosch Dremel 4250 (4250-3/45) rotary tool. Initially, it worked fine, but after some time, it completely stopped functioning. When I apply pressure to the carbon brush compartments, it briefly starts working but then shuts off again.
Since there is no service center in my city, I filled out an online Service Repair Form to send the product to the nearest service location. My reference number is 5240301BLSN0002. However, despite the stated policy that UPS Express Cargo would handle the shipping, no one has come to pick up the product, leaving me stuck with a faulty tool.
I am extremely disappointed that Bosch, a supposedly reputable brand, has failed to provide proper customer service and repair support. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue—either by honoring the warranty with a proper repair or providing a replacement.
