Faulty Dremel 3000 Return Problem Unresolved

On February 13, 2024, I purchased a Dremel 3000 rotary tool from Koçtaş Ankara-Eryaman. The very first time I turned it on, I noticed that the power switch was faulty and the tool vibrated excessively, making it impossible to use properly.

On February 22, 2024, I took it to an authorized service center, where they confirmed in an official report that both the switch and armature shaft were defective. Armed with this service report, I returned to Koçtaş Eryaman the same day, expecting a replacement, but they refused to exchange the product.

Why should I have to repair a defective device that I haven’t even been able to use once? Koçtaş is selling faulty products and refusing to take responsibility. I demand an immediate replacement or a refund for this unusable item.
