Dremel Denied Repair & Wasted My Time – Now I Have to Buy a New One

I sent my Dremel tool for repair, and a 21-day evaluation process was started. It was supposed to be resolved by January 3, but on January 15, I received a rejection notice, and my tool was returned without any repairs.
When I called customer service, they said they could start another 21-day process, but there was no real solution offered. Meanwhile, when I first bought the product, it cost ₺1,427.82, but now, the same seller is charging ₺2,156.25.
Because Dremel failed to resolve the issue, I now have no choice but to buy a new one just to continue my jewelry-making course on February 6. This has caused me financial loss due to price increases and wasted time.
