Dremel Multivise 2500 Clamp Broke After Light Use – Poor Quality

I purchased the Dremel Multivise 2500 clamp because I trusted the brand’s reputation for quality. However, after only 5-6 months of occasional, light use, the table-clamping mechanism snapped. The cause? Cheap, low-quality plastic used in a critical component. I expected far better durability from a premium brand like Dremel, but this was a complete disappointment.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue wasn’t covered under warranty. I then requested a replacement part, and I’ve been waiting over 1.5 months—only to be told I need to wait at least another 1.5 months! This absurd delay makes the product practically useless.
Additionally, the vise jaws constantly slip out of place, making it frustrating and unreliable to use. This product has failed both in quality and customer support. Dremel, I expected better durability and service—this experience has been nothing but a letdown. I demand a solution immediately!

I applied to the Consumer Court on January 20, 2025, because they did not fulfill my right and request for an exchange. On February 20, 2025, due to my court application, they exchanged my product, and my new product was delivered to me. I thank the Consumer Court for delivering justice.
