I purchased a Dremel hobby set, trusting it to be a reliable brand, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The tool broke down four times, and each time I had to send it for repairs. I took it to S*** Bobinaja**, where they claimed it was fixed, only for it to fail again.
Despite being under warranty, I requested a replacement, but my request was denied. At this point, I’ve spent more money on fuel traveling back and forth for repairs than I would have if I had just bought two new Dremel tools instead.
