Yesterday, I made a payment of approximately 1$ to an anonymous messaging app called Costext. During the payment process, I entered my credit card details and the charge was processed, but the app did not deliver the service it promised.
I tried sending anonymous messages several times to both myself and my sibling, but none of the messages were delivered. Even though the app is supposed to function as an anonymous messaging platform, it fails to perform its basic function. I was also unable to find any support channel or contact person to address this issue, and I have not received any response.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount I paid, the full cancellation of any subscription that may have been created, and the removal of my credit card information from their system.
