I am writing regarding unauthorized weekly charges of 19 USD made to my bank card by Dramawave as an international payment. I only used a one-time viewing offer around 25 February on my Android phone and did not agree to any weekly subscription, nor did I sign up for a recurring payment. At the moment I do not even have the application on my phone and I am not using the service. Despite this, since the end of February 19 USD has been withdrawn from my bank card every week under the name Dramawave international payment. I only intended to make a single purchase and was not clearly informed that a recurring subscription would be started. I request that my subscription, if one has been created without my explicit consent, be immediately cancelled and permanently blocked so that no further payments are taken from my card.
