DramaWave Charged Me Without Access and I Cannot Cancel Subscription
I am writing regarding serious problems I have experienced with Dramawave’s mobile app and subscription service. My subscription started on 2/28/26, and since 3/7/26 I have been charged wrongly for a subscription that I cannot properly manage, as I am unable to access my account and the related subscription information. In addition, Dramawave has been charging my account without notifying me in advance, which I find unacceptable. Although the subscription should already have been cancelled, I was still charged $19.99 on 3/7/26 and again on 3/14/26. These charges were taken without my proper consent and after I believed the subscription would no longer be active. I have already contacted Dramawave’s customer support about these unauthorized or incorrect charges and the inability to cancel, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and transparency has left me unable to control or even fully understand the status of my subscription and payments. Given these issues, I am demanding a full refund for the fraudulent or unauthorized charges that have been taken from my account, including the $19.99 charges on 3/7/26 and 3/14/26. I also request the immediate cancellation of my Dramawave subscription and written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
