I Want a Refund for an Unexpected Drama Wave Charge

On June 5, 2026, at approximately 3:30 PM, $9 was charged to my Yapı Kredi debit card under the name Drama Wave without my knowledge or authorization. I was not provided with any information regarding what service, subscription, or purchase this charge was associated with.

I have never knowingly completed a transaction with Drama Wave, subscribed to any of its services, or approved any payment to this company. In fact, this is the first transaction that has ever appeared on my card under the name Drama Wave. Because I did not authorize this charge, I consider it an unauthorized transaction.

At this time, I have not yet contacted either Drama Wave or my bank regarding the issue. However, I am requesting that this transaction be investigated immediately and that the amount charged to my card be refunded in full.

I respectfully request a clear explanation regarding the origin of this charge, confirmation of whether any subscription or account was created in my name, and the prompt return of the $9 that was withdrawn from my account without my consent.
