DramaWave Overcharged My Credit Card by $25 Without My Approval

On June 1, 2026, I downloaded the DramaWave application and purchased a one-week membership for $9. However, when I checked my credit card statement later that same day, I discovered that $34 had been charged to my Akbank credit card instead of the approved subscription amount.
This means that I was charged approximately $25 more than the amount I knowingly authorized. I did not purchase any additional package, approve any upgraded service, or receive any notification explaining why this extra amount was withdrawn from my account.
Because this charge was processed without my knowledge or consent, I feel misled and financially harmed. I contacted the company through the application to request an explanation and resolution, but I have not received any response so far.
I have since canceled my membership and am requesting the immediate refund of the unauthorized $25 difference that was charged to my Akbank credit card. I also request a detailed written explanation regarding how this overcharge occurred and confirmation that no further charges will be processed on my account without my explicit approval.
I expect this matter to be investigated promptly and the refund to be issued as soon as possible.
