If DramaWave renewed your subscription without warning and you want to cancel it and request a refund:

Check your subscription status first;

• Open DramaWave → Profile / Account Settings
• Go to Subscription / Billing
• Check:
– Active plan (weekly, monthly, etc.)
– Renewal date
– Payment method used
• Screenshot the subscription details

Cancel the subscription immediately;

• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → DramaWave → Cancel
• iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DramaWave → Cancel
• Website: Log in → Account Settings → Subscription Management → Cancel
• Screenshot the cancellation confirmation

Check if you are eligible for a refund;

• Some subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• If you were charged unexpectedly, you can request a refund through:
– Apple/Google purchase history
– The app’s support or billing page

Contact DramaWave Support;

• Use in-app Help / Support
• Explain:
