Unauthorized Dramawave Charges Through Mobile Carrier Billing

I discovered that weekly charges labeled “Weekly Access Pro” were deducted from my account through an app called Dramawave on my Android phone without my knowledge or consent. On November 9, 2025, December 1, 2025, and December 7, 2025, three separate charges of $12 each were made through my mobile carrier billing account, completely draining my balance. I realized something was wrong when I started receiving insufficient balance notifications on my line.

These payments do not appear in my Google Play account. It seems like a hidden transaction, as the charges only show up through mobile carrier billing. I tried contacting Dramawave, but I was not provided with any assistance, and the issue remains unresolved.

I am requesting a full refund of all charges that were taken without my knowledge or authorization. I also demand that these unauthorized mobile payment transactions be canceled immediately and that a proper investigation be conducted to ensure this does not happen again. I expect to be informed about the outcome.
