Canceled DramaWave Subscription But Still Deducted To My Account

I am writing to report that Dramawave has continued to deduct payments from my account even though I canceled my subscription through Google Play back in March. Despite this cancellation, three separate charges have been taken from my GoTyme Bank Visa debit card without any notification. After canceling the weekly subscription in March, I was still charged three times: first 1,179.73 pesos, then 1,184.71 pesos, and most recently 1,179.27 pesos. I did not approve these payments, and I was expecting that no further charges would be made after the cancellation in Google Play. Because I trusted that the cancellation was successful, I did not contact Dramawave or my bank earlier. I am currently in Germany, and my bank, GoTyme, is in the Philippines, which makes this situation even more difficult for me to handle. I kindly request a full refund of all three unauthorized payments and the complete cancellation of any remaining Dramawave subscription linked to my card, as I canceled it long ago through Google Play. I also ask that any future deductions from my card be stopped immediately. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and I would like written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription is fully canceled in your system.
