DramaWave Charging After Google Play Subscription Cancellation

Even though I canceled my DramaWave subscription through the Google Play Store, money continues to be deducted from my account on a regular basis. I ended the subscription in my Play Store account, and there is currently no active DramaWave subscription visible in Google Play. Despite this, I noticed that $12 was charged to my Akbank card last month and again today. I am being charged for a subscription that I canceled and that does not even appear in the Play Store system.

I demand that these ongoing charges be stopped immediately, that my DramaWave subscription be fully terminated, and that all unauthorized payments made after the cancellation be refunded to me. I request that no further charges be made to my account without my explicit consent.
