How to Cancel DramaWave Subscription That Doesn’t Appear in Google Play
On December 8, I purchased a weekly VIP package from the DramaWave app. My payments are processed through Google Play. I was charged $12 on December 8, $12 on December 15, and $12 on December 22—three separate charges in total.
For about three weeks, I have been trying to cancel this membership. When I contacted support through the app, they told me I could cancel the subscription through my Google Play subscriptions. However, when I log into Google Play using the same email address used for the payments, the DramaWave subscription does not appear under the subscriptions section, so I am unable to cancel it on my own.
I am requesting that my membership be fully canceled so that it does not renew in the coming weeks, and I specifically demand a refund of the $12 charged on December 22. Since my subscription does not appear in Google Play and I cannot cancel it myself, I ask for a clear explanation and a resolution to prevent further financial loss.
