Dramawave Subscription Not Showing in Google Play but Card Charged Twice
I signed up for a Dramawave membership for $12. I had previously subscribed and watched content. I now want to cancel my membership, but when I go to the “Subscriptions” section in Google Play, my Dramawave subscription does not appear, so I am unable to cancel it myself.
Despite this, my credit card was charged twice—on January 11, 2026, and January 18, 2026. My account ID within the app is 30435075071. I have already contacted my bank and filed a dispute, and I am now requesting that this issue also be reviewed by Dramawave and Google Play.
I demand that my Dramawave membership be canceled immediately and that the charges made to my card on January 11, 2026, and January 18, 2026, be fully refunded. Since the subscription does not appear in my account and I cannot cancel it myself, I request that this issue be resolved in a way that eliminates my financial loss.
