DramaWave Subscription Fraudulent Repeated Charge

I cancelled my Dramawave subscription on December 13th, 2025, via the Apple App Store, but I have still been charged every month since then. The most recent charge was processed via Apple Pay on April 4th, 2026, in the amount of 16.87 euros. Despite my cancellation, the subscription appears to remain active and continues to generate payments. In order to solve this, I attempted to contact Dramawave support; however, the correct support channel was very hard to find, and after several back‑and‑forth messages, I was finally informed that the people I was corresponding with were from a different app altogether, not Dramawave. As a result, my problem has still not been addressed, and the subscription situation remains unresolved. I request that my Dramawave subscription, which was originally started through the Apple App Store, be cancelled effective immediately and that I receive written confirmation that no further charges will be made. I also ask that you check my account and the related payments so this issue does not continue in the future.
