I noticed that money was withdrawn from my QNB Finansbank credit card ending in 5646 by a platform called Dramawave without my knowledge or approval. I had previously purchased a subscription on Dramawave, but I did not want to renew the subscription. Despite this, two automatic charges were made to my card: $3 on March 1 and $78 on March 5.
I discovered these charges when I reviewed my credit card statement. I did not approve any subscription renewal, and I did not receive any notification or confirmation about these charges. So far, I have not contacted either QNB Finansbank or Dramawave regarding this issue.
Because this subscription was renewed without my consent, I am requesting a full refund of the $3 charged on March 1 and the $78 charged on March 5.
