I made a VIP weekly subscription purchase with Drama Wave through their website on 03/29/2026, and the amount of 21.99 was charged to me. Since then, I have been trying to cancel this subscription, but the system does not allow me to cancel it and I am unable to stop the service through their platform. I have attempted to reach Drama Wave’s customer support about this issue but have received no response so far. This situation is causing me concern, as I do not want any further payments to be taken without my consent. I request a full refund of the 21.99 that was charged on 03/29/2026 and the immediate cancellation of my VIP weekly subscription, with written confirmation that no further amounts will be withdrawn from my account.
