Nur's Thank You Message
The brand shared sample products and sent a gift package, for which I thank them. I believe the Keşkül product is produced by Acıbadem; if they add this information to the packaging, it would create a more transparent purchasing process for consumers.

I purchased a Dr. Oetker Keşkül product from a chain supermarket and prepared it on October 20, 2025, following the instructions on the packaging. However, during cooking, the product emitted a strong bitter almond odor, which was also distinctly noticeable in its taste. Unfortunately, the taste was so bitter that it was not consumable. There was no visible deformation or damage to the packaging. The best before date is 02/2027–02:44, and the batch number is 2502496. I have been a loyal customer and frequently choose Dr. Oetker products for my baking needs, and I have never encountered such an issue before. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
