Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with both Yurtiçi Kargo and their partner company in Germany, DPD Cargo. Although DPD Cargo claims that the packages have been delivered, this information is not accurate—I learned that the packages were actually thrown away.
What’s more disappointing is that Yurtiçi Kargo continues to cooperate with DPD despite being aware of this issue. This lack of accountability from both companies has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
