DPD Missed Delivery Deadline and Provided No Update on My Package

DPD Cargo promised that my package would be delivered within 5 days, yet it’s been 10 days, and I still haven’t received it. It’s surprising that Yurtiçi Kargo works in partnership with such a company. This has turned into a complete disappointment for me. I will never use this shipping company again. I hope my complaint is taken seriously and properly addressed.
