Even though my DPD package arrived, it was never delivered to me. I even went to the DPD center in Föhren, but still couldn’t get a result. The tracking shows a “failed delivery attempt” at 10:30 a.m., even though the courier never came to my address that morning—it was only 9:00 a.m. when the package was supposedly still in transit.
I entered a new delivery address, but it seems DPD either never came to that address or simply didn’t deliver the package. The staff at the Föhren facility also refused to provide any clear information. I still have no idea where my package is, and I just want it delivered to me as soon as possible.
