DPD marked “delivered” but nothing arrived; how can I file an effective claim?

If DPD says your package was "delivered" but you haven't gotten it yet, check to see if it was left somewhere safe or with a neighbor.

Next, ask the person who paid for shipping (the sender) to make an official claim. DPD will only accept claims from the person who holds the contract.

You should file the claim within 7 calendar days of the date you thought the package would arrive.

It should include your tracking number, proof of purchase or an invoice, and, if necessary, a written statement that you did not receive the package.

After the claim is made, DPD may talk to the driver and look into it. You should hear back within 30 days of sending in all the necessary paperwork.

If not, you might want to file a report with Xolvie to get things fixed.
