Doritos Sold Me a Burnt Charcoal Chip in a Taco Package



I purchased a Doritos Taco package on August 3, 2025, and ate it at 10:03 PM. Inside, I found a black, burnt, and charcoal chip. I accidentally ate a portion of the product. The production date on the package was 8:19 PM on March 5, 2025. This is the first time I've encountered such a product, and it has negatively impacted my trust. I have not contacted customer service yet. I expect the brand to inspect and recall all products in this batch and take the necessary measures to prevent similar situations from occurring again. I also expect them to contact me and address my grievance. I expect an urgent resolution to this public health issue.
