I Ordered 2 Domino’s Pan Pizzas and Got Thin, Barely Topped Dough

I ordered two pan pizzas from Domino’s, expecting thick, well-topped pizzas like they advertise. What I received was shocking—thin crusts that looked nothing like pan pizza, and barely any toppings. The pizzas were practically empty, like someone forgot to finish making them.
There was almost no cheese, no sauce, and certainly not the ingredients I paid for. Honestly, calling them pizzas is a stretch. I filed a complaint immediately and clearly explained the issue. But instead of owning up to their mistake, Domino’s ignored my request for a refund.
If I’m not getting the food I paid for, why am I still being charged for it? I didn’t order thin, empty dough—I ordered pan pizza, and that’s what I should have received.
