Domino's Pizza Repeatedly Sent My Orders Incomplete

When we ordered the "Crispy Mixed Bucket" from Domino’s Yıldırım branch in Bursa, it was supposed to come with a yogurt sauce, but the courier said, “It doesn’t appear in our courier system.” Even though I mentioned in previous orders that “they’ll fix it if you inform them,” they didn’t care. Later on, they told me, “We’ll send your sauces.” After several incomplete orders, I stopped ordering that menu altogether. Once, I ordered "Crispy Chicken Balls," but they sent a completely different type and quantity of chicken. When I received a follow-up survey via SMS, I responded “No” to the question “Would you like us to open a complaint?” and simply asked that feedback be passed on to the branch without escalating it. Today, once again, my order arrived incomplete—three yogurt sauces and one ketchup were missing. When I told the courier, he said he forgot them at the door and would bring them after his next delivery. After I paid by card and the payment was confirmed, he said, “It looks like we ran out of yogurt sauce at the branch—would it be okay if I brought ketchup and mayonnaise instead?” I said, “That’s fine,” but once again, they failed to deliver what they promised. I’ve noticed the service keeps getting worse. While the missing items may not seem expensive on a single order, the repeated lack of items adds up to a significant amount overall. I do not forgive the money I paid for products that were never delivered; one way or another, that will be taken back from you.

Hello, I got back to you later, and I was told that you would call me again from the number you called, but I was not called the next day.
