Domino's Pizza Delivered a Cold Pizza

I placed an order through Yemeksepeti at your Kayseri Melikgazi Toki Branch. Approximately 15-20 minutes after ordering, I received a notification that my order had been handed over to the courier. However, it took an additional 50 minutes for the delivery to reach me. During this extended wait time, I reached out to your branch through both the food delivery app and by phone. I expressed concerns that the order would arrive cold due to the delay, but the response was that it was a problem with the delivery app and that the order would still arrive hot, so I should not cancel it. Reluctantly, I agreed not to cancel and was told to check the order upon arrival, with the option to return it if it arrived cold. To avoid causing any inconvenience to the courier, I refrained from checking it right away. However, upon opening the order, I found that the products were not hot but rather cold, with some items even frozen. We could hardly consume one package due to this issue. I would like to register a formal complaint regarding the service from your branch and request information on any sanctions that may be applied in response to this matter.
