I placed an online order from Domino’s Muğla Menteşe Emirbeyazıt branch today at 12:36 with tracking code DOBA43. However, my order was mistakenly given to another customer who had ordered directly from the branch, and I was kept waiting for about 25 minutes while my own order was still not prepared. When I contacted the branch about this situation, instead of trying to solve the problem, a red-haired female employee at the branch spoke to me by shouting and insulting me. Later, I reached Domino’s customer service and a record was created regarding my order and they apologized to me. However, the person who should apologize to me is not customer service, but the branch employee who insulted me and raised her voice at me, even though the mistake was on their side. Because of this mistake and the disrespectful attitude in the branch, my children are still at school and hungry, and this situation has directly affected us. I request that necessary action be taken regarding the red-haired female employee who insulted me at the Muğla Menteşe Emirbeyazıt branch and that she personally come to my address and apologize to me, since she is the one who caused this grievance. I also request that the brand ensure such a mistake and attitude do not happen again.

"It's been a week. There is still not the slightest progress. I call and ask how much longer I will have to wait. They say, "Well, let's also get approval from the branch." The manager is supposed to come at 5:00 PM. They will give information once they arrive. It will be checked. It's the 7th day and we are still where we started. Shame on them. I have nothing more to say."
