Domino’s Customer Service Ignored a Repeated Delivery Mistake

My order placed through Domino’s from Hakkari Central last week was delivered with a 2-hour delay. Even though I specifically ordered Maraş ice cream, they mockingly sent melted packaged Algida ice cream on a stick instead. This is the second time this has happened to me, and each time the wrong product is delivered, my money is taken, and it feels like customers are being made fun of.
I have my order number and receipt available. After this repeated mistake, no one called to apologize, and no compensation or solution was offered. As a customer, I definitely feel that I am not taken seriously. I am also considering taking legal action due to this situation.
From Domino’s, I first expect a formal apology for these repeated mistakes. Then, I request either a refund for the incorrect and low-quality products or another fair and satisfactory solution they deem appropriate.

Your apology is worse than your arrogance; I never imagined I would be mocked by my friends because of a pizza and ice cream. The children's ice cream you sent here is disgraceful and humiliating, and it is truly embarrassing in front of my friends and guests. I have filed a complaint against you with the Consumer Court. Moreover, canceling my order due to your mistake and refunding my money only after three days is another injustice. Either contact me with an offer that will satisfy me, or present your defense in court.

I still haven't received a response, honestly you can't be this simple in such a sector.
