I Face Dollar General Wrong Item Delivery and Request $35 Refund

I recently placed an order from the Dollar General at 1000 W Main Street, Millville, NJ 08332, which was delivered to my home by an in‑app driver. The order was paid by my credit card ending in 3710. Today I was charged about $35 for what was supposed to be a helium balloon pump. However, instead of the helium balloon pump I ordered, I received a very cheap balloon pump worth around $3.50. The product I received is clearly not what I paid for and is much lower in value than the amount charged to my card. I request a full refund of the amount charged to my credit card for this order, as I did not receive the correct item or anything close in value to what I ordered. I ask that this refund be processed back to my card ending in 3710 as soon as possible.
