I Can’t Use Active Track on My DJI Mini 3 Pro – I Need an Urgent Solution or Upgrade

I recently purchased the DJI Mini 3 Pro, and one of the main reasons I chose this model was for its ActiveTrack (Follow Me) feature. However, the feature doesn’t work at all. After doing some research, I’ve learned that this is a known issue affecting many users, and seems to be a chronic flaw in this model.
As a consumer, I feel incredibly disappointed. I paid for a drone that promised smart tracking features, but it’s failing to deliver on its core functionality. I am now stuck with a drone that doesn’t meet my expectations or the advertised capabilities.
I’m kindly requesting that DJI take immediate action to address this issue. Since this is not an isolated problem and appears to be a manufacturing or firmware defect, I’m asking to be upgraded to the DJI Mini 4 Pro, which reportedly resolves these tracking issues.
