DJI Osmo Mic Mini 2 Won’t Work With iPhone 13 Pro Max

I recently purchased the DJI Osmo Mic Mini 2 to use with my iPhone 13 Pro Max for social media content creation. Since I wanted the best quality, I invested in this microphone. However, despite its great design, I can’t use it at all.
When connecting via Bluetooth, the microphone does not override my phone's built-in audio. This means I cannot use it with any of my apps, making it completely useless for my needs. When I reached out for support, I was told I needed an additional adapter to make it work, but that adapter is not available for purchase anywhere.
I contacted Karacasulu for help, but they haven’t offered a solution. So what am I supposed to do now? I bought a product that simply does not work with my device as advertised. Either provide a compatible adapter or offer a refund.
