DJI Osmo Action 4 Connection Issues – Update Fails and Device Locked

Hello, I recently purchased the DJI Osmo Action 4 and am experiencing serious connection problems. I’ve enabled Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on my phone, installed the DJI Mimo app, and successfully connected the device. However, during the setup process, after registering my account, the final step involves a firmware update that consistently fails. As a result, the screen displays "Update Failed" and the device remains locked.
This issue is preventing me from using the camera entirely. I request immediate assistance to resolve this problem and successfully complete the update process. If anyone has experienced this issue and found a solution, I would greatly appreciate the guidance. DJI, please address this issue urgently.
