DJI Mini 2 SE Drone Spirals Out of Control and Crashes
I recently purchased a DJI Mini 2 SE drone and experienced a significant issue. On May 8th, I flew the drone from the balcony of my 8th-floor apartment. As soon as it exited the building, it began to wobble and quickly lost control, despite being connected to 10 GPS satellites and having flight clearance.
While attempting to manually bring it back, the drone suddenly went out of control and crashed to the ground. I am expecting an explanation for this malfunction, followed by either a repair or a replacement of the damaged drone.

Nexascope is a person who repairs DJI drones on his own. The guy's name was something like Evren. I sent my DJI Mini 2 SE drone for repair after an accident. I paid over 4,000 TL for arm and gimbal replacement. The arm was replaced, but the gimbal came back broken after waiting for a month, and it was glued. Because he left the motor screw loose, it crashed again on my second flight. When I tried to call, I couldn't reach the guy.
