DJI Mini 3 Drone Return Rejected Due to Alleged Damage





I recently purchased a DJI Mini 3 drone from Teknosa. After it arrived, I realized it wasn’t the product I needed, so I promptly returned it. Today, I received an email from Teknosa stating that my return was rejected due to alleged damage to the product. This claim is baseless – there was absolutely no damage when I returned it. If there truly is an issue, I’m requesting Teknosa to send me clear photos of the supposed damage. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and, if my return isn’t accepted, I will pursue all my legal rights. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service from a company like Teknosa.
