DJI Mini 3 Drone Repair Issues – Unfair Charges for Gimbal Despite Previous Functionality
I sent my DJI Mini 3 Fly More Combo drone to the authorized service center due to a cracked front left leg and occasional "gimbal stuck" errors. However, DJI’s service team claimed that the issues were caused by a past crash and said that the gimbal wasn’t functioning at all. The crash happened months ago, and I had been using the drone without any major issues until a few days before sending it for repair. All usage records are available. To make things worse, this is the second time I’ve had issues with DJI’s service—my other drone was lost in their care. Now they’re asking for a fee, saying the gimbal doesn’t work at all. I’m requesting a fair resolution to this problem, as I believe the service diagnosis is inaccurate.
