When I bought the DJI drone, the seller explained that the sensors function in low mode but deactivate in high mode. Based on this information, I exclusively used the drone in low mode. However, in an unfortunate accident, the drone collided with a sign and sustained damage. I believe this accident may have been caused by a malfunctioning sensor, and I wasn't responsible for the collision. Even though the drone might be under warranty, and the accident wasn't my fault, I'm requesting a replacement for the product. I trust DJI will assist me in this matter.
