DistroKid Payout Missing After 18 Days With No Support Reply

I am writing regarding a missing payout from DistroKid that I still have not received. My payout became due on July 26 and DistroKid states that payments should be received within 14 days, but it has now been 18 days and nothing has arrived. I am based in the USA and chose bank transfer as my payout method. The missing payout amount is $103.09. There is no indication that the payment was sent, and I have not received any notification explaining a delay or problem. I have already sent around 10 emails to DistroKid support about this issue and have not received a single reply. The complete lack of response is very disappointing and leaves me without any clear information about my earnings. I request that this payout of $103.09 be processed immediately to my bank account or that I am clearly informed about the reason for the delay and given a specific date when the payment will be completed. I also expect a proper response from DistroKid support to my messages.
