DistroKid Delayed My Cashout to Capitec and I Did Not Receive Payment
I requested a cashout from my DistroKid account to my Capitec Bank account on 28 March, but after 5 days the payment has still not arrived, even though my payment method and bank details are correct. The amount I am expecting to receive is R1400. This delay has put me under serious pressure because I need this money urgently to pay my rent. I have not yet been able to reach DistroKid support about this issue and I still have no information about where my payment is or why it is delayed. I kindly request that my R1400 payment to my Capitec Bank account be processed and paid out immediately, or that the issue be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay, as I am depending on this money for my essential living costs.
